Yes, you can order now and email contact@bakerym.co.uk quoting your name, order number and preferred date. We deliver Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays. Please note that whilst we'll try our best to make sure the brownies arrive on your chosen date, delivery typically takes between 1 and 2 days, so there is a chance they could arrive a bit earlier or later.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order please contact us ASAP. We will always try to help out but please note that if orders are already baked refunds/changes are not always possible. Email us with your order number as the subject at: contact@bakerym.com

Our orders are made without artificial preservatives. Our Brownies and Blondies should keep for up to 7 days when stored at room temperature in an air tight container. You can refrigerate them for up to 2 weeks or wrap well and freeze for up to a month. If chilled, we recommend leaving the brownies at room temperature for 3 hours before eating.

Our baked goods may contain milk, eggs, soya, wheat (gluten), nuts and peanuts. All our products are made in an environment where nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soya, sesame and gluten are used. For this reason we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens.

Yes, we do have gluten free options for most of our brownies - you can find these listed in our shop. But please be aware that we do use gluten in our kitchen, so whilst we take steps to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of gluten.

Yes, all of our brownies are vegetarian, and some are even vegan! You can find our vegan options listed in our shop.

We pride ourselves on using only the best quality ingredients available, including free range eggs, full cream butter, Callebaut chocolate from Belgium, and all-natural fruits and flavourings.
